My boyfriend and I visited Budapest for a few days before NYE and stayed at Petra's place. She is a very interesting person, we had so many things to talk about, and she was an amazing host, helped us find our way around, gave advice on what to see, prepared a great breakfast and took us for drinks with friends to a great students' place! Budapest itself is really beautiful, we had the luck of coming at the time of Christmas markets and experiencing it that time of year, a bit crowded, but beautifully decorated and filled with smells of hot wine and hungarian chimney-cake. :)
Ivan hosted me for a few days at his place. He gave me a great tour of Zagreb and showed me the city in a way I would never see myself. We had some enjoyable long talks about psychology, politics (and maybe philosophy sometimes). I can only hope that at some point I will be able to repay by hosting him at my place.
P.S.: Spacial thanks to his girlfriend who managed to listen to us talking all the time without killing anyone and to his mother who made Turkish coffee in an... alternative (for me) way. I liked it ;-)
Tim hosted me and my girlfriend for a couple of days in Vienna. He's a great host, we had some interesting talks about everything ranging from Kunst to politics. Also - he makes the best mint tea in the world! All in all, a great weekend in beautiful Vienna. Thanks Tim (and his cool philosopher roomate)! =)
Filip is a great host- nice, happy, funny and with great English.
First he picked me up at the airport, then he showed me the city with a lot of great information about all kinds of things. We had a really good laugh together :D
At home his whole family was very nice to me and it was so nice that his mum even prepared specially food for me :)
In the evening he introduced me to some of his friends, we had some good psychological discussions, went to a great alternative dance party.
He even left his whole room for me, and made his brother do the same :P Not neccessary at all, but cute.
So how You can probably see... it was a great time with him.
And Zagreb is also a great place!
Miss You already, Filip.
Me and a friend of mine spent 3 days at Lucka's place, she was an amazing host, took us around the city, showed us beautiful sights, had some beers with us and even baked us a welcome cake! It was great getting to know her and the magical city of Prague where every building has a story.. Hope we meet again.. :)
Thank you ever so much for picking us up, for very useful tips, for the most cosy couch ever, and for sharing your breakfast!
Ha det så bra :)
Triin is the host one can dream of. I always feel at home when I visit her. She and her family make you feel always welcome. I enjoyed their amazing home, had many great talks, felt really taken care of. Thank you! I will come back for sure :)

Jaya is a great host, made me feel really welcome. And Aachen sure is worth a visit. Falling asleep on her couch, you can count the stars or admire a beautiful old church tower nearby (big window, nice view).
